No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

According to Wired, the U.S. Military is urging more restraint in military blogging, concerned about intel leaks. “Loose lips sink ships” and all that. Actually hard to argue with that one. I’ve read a number of mil-blogs and though they’re (sometimes) interesting, I was always a little uneasy about the security implications.

You know, at first, I thought this was a little loopy, and the guy seriously obsessed. But I have to admit, by the end of the piece, I was somewhat impressed by his passion and drive to realize his goals.
Pretty amazing.

Writely , the most excellent online word processor from Google (oh, jeesh, did that really require a link?) , does blog entries, too.
